Some say that Brett Favre hasn't won a Super Bowl they're wrong! He has won a Super Bowl and he was not always a starter. At first he was a back up but he was traded to Green Bay. He won Super Bowl 31 and lost Super Bowl 32 against the Denver Broncos.Brett Favre was born on October 10, 1969, in Gulfport, Mississippi. His dad's name is Irvin Favre. Brett Favre's full name is Brett Lorenzo Favre. Brett Favre is 6' 2" and weighs 222 pounds. Brett Favre married Deanna, on July 14,1996. They have two daughters named Brittany who was born on February 6, 1989, and Breleigh who was born on July 13, 1999. He was the second of four children. He went to Hancock North Central High School where he played baseball and football. Over the course of his career he was a 3 time most-valuable-player, he passed for 61,655 yards and broke Dan Marino's record. He also threw for 442 touchdowns.
He did not always play for the Green Bay Packers. At first he played for the Falcons. He has broken two records. One of the records is for 3,000 consecutive passing yards. Brett Favre holds the record for the most Career Passing Attempts at 8,758. He has got the record for the most Career Completions at 5,377. He also has broken the record for most Career Wins as a Starting QB for 160 wins. Brett Favre has retired with the most wins and the passing record. 2007 was one of the best if not the best years he has had. He retired in 2008. But he as decided to come back and he was traded to the Jets where he starts his new career in the 2008 season. Brett Favre's first thorw of the game for the Jets was a 50 yard TD pass.
