Dominique Dawes was born on November 20, 1976. Dominique was born in Silver Spring, Maryland, United States. At age six she made a hobby of cart wheeling around the house. Another thing she did was at age five she joined the U.S. Senior Natural Team. In 1982, Dominique Dawes began training at Hill’s Gymnastics.
Dominique Dawes was first introduced at age six, when she signed up for tumbling class. When she got to practice it was canceled and they told her to go to the Hill’s Angels. It was at this club where Dominique met her only coach Kelli Hill. She received a rough standing clapping after a playful floor routine. Dominique first made a splash as a pint sized 14 year old during a U.S. dual meet.
Dominique was in the Broadway play of Grease and also danced for a Prince video. She attended college at Maryland where she considered career in medicine as long as law enforcement.
Dominique Dawes is a famous Olympic Gymnast. She is known for her performances at the 1993 and 1994 in the world Championship.
