Eli and the Giants win
Super Bowl XLII! Eli Manning was born and raised in
Louisiana. Eli Manning was born in New Orleans,

Mississippi and was the first overall draft pick of the
San Diego Chargers. He was then traded to the Giants for other draft picks. In the fist game of the 2006 season Eli and
Peyton Manning played each other. Eli had a great game but Peyton came out on the good side of the scoreboard. That year Peyton and the Colts went on to beat the
Chicago Bears in
Super Bowl XLI. Manning being the MVP (Most Valuable Player) won that trophy and earned himself a
Super Bowl ring. Eli didn't let his brother out do him. He bounced back and became the MVP by beating the New England Patriots with a last second touchdown to Pelexico Burgass. Then after he and Peyton went off showing off their
Super Bowl rings. The record books: Peyton were the first brothers to win back to back Super Bowls and be
Super Bowl MVP's 2 straight years in a row.
