| There are all different types of sharks. There is the Angel Shark, Basking Shark, and Blacktip reef shark, Blue Shark, Bull Shark, Cookiecutter Shark, Goblin Shark, Sandtiger Shark, Wobbegong Shark and the Spiny Dogfish Shark. There are many, many others.
Sharks lay eggs (like birds). Eggs hatch inside their mother before they are born. Pup sharks grow up inside their mother. Sharks can have 1 to 100 babies at a time. Sharks do not care for their babies after they are born. The Angel Shark has a flat body like a sting ray. You can tell that it is not a ray because the pectoral fins are not attached to the head.Sharks are one of the most powerful coldblooded animals that have the most powerful teeth. Unlike most animals their jaws move up and down! They move their upper jaws first and then their lower.
