Storms

From Wiki 5A

Weather can be stopped by a device called H.A.A.R.P It is a solar power satellite that sends electricity in the air. In 2000 we controlled the weather by making Alaksa warmer and sending rain to the northern part of the United States.

Storms form as warm air rises and cools. As the air cools water vapor condenses and forms droplets. The droplets stick together and form a cloud. When the cloud gets to heavy the droplets fall and become precipitation.

There are many different kinds of storms. The winter storms are blizzards and ice storms. The water storms are lake effect storms, Tsunamis, hurricanes, and tropical cyclones. Other storms are thunderstorms, gales, and squalls.
